Aim and Scope

The journal aims to advance research in sports science and physical education by providing a platform for researchers and academics worldwide to disseminate high-quality scientific findings. The journal particularly encourages studies addressing sport participation, physical education, and athlete development in diverse cultural and regional contexts, including the ASEAN region. The journal welcomes studies in the following areas:

1. Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy

Teaching and learning in physical education, curriculum development and instructional strategies in sport education, as well as technology and innovation in physical education learning.

2. Sport Training and Performance

Training methods and athlete development, strength and conditioning, and performance analysis in sport.

3. Sport Psychology and Athlete Behavior

Motivation and mental toughness, anxiety and psychological factors in sport performance, and athlete satisfaction and sport participation.

4. Physical Activity, Fitness, and Health

Exercise and health promotion, physical fitness and wellbeing, and lifestyle or physical activity interventions.

5. Sport Injury Prevention and Recovery

Injury prevention strategies, athlete recovery and rehabilitation, and biomechanics related to injury risk.
